The Granite State Pro Stock Series returns to the place where it all began; Claremont Speedway, April 24.The series, now in the fourth year of existence, held the inaugural event at Claremont Speedway (formerly Twin State Speedway) in August of 2011 which saw Chris Wilk of Mendon, VT fend off a late-race charge from Donnie Lashua to pick up the victory.

Thrillin’ Dillon Moltz of Waterford, CT. became the newest winner for the Granite State Pro Stock Series on Sunday, which has seen 9 different winners in 9 races in the 2014 season, The Nutmeg State driver picked up the win at Star Speedway in the NH Classic 100. The first half of the Granite State Pro Stock Series (GSPSS) 2014 season is complete, and Larry Gelinas has been on a tear. Gelinas has not finished outside of the top 4, with a win and three second place finishes in that stretch. He has fought a few bouts of adversity, recovering from a mid-race spin at Hudson in the Gate City Classic to come back through the field and take the checkers. Also surviving at Star Speedway for the Star 100 as his car fell off the pace late in the race. Gelinas has been at the top of his game to begin the season.
