Not wavering in the weather forecast which calls for showers all weekend, Stafford Motor Speedway in Connecticut will make strong efforts to get the Fall Final this weekend.

 

Weather will not put a damper on this weekend’s 43rd Annual NAPA Auto Part Fall Final at Stafford Motor Speedway.  The action kicks off Saturday morning with paddock gates opening at 8:30 am and General Admission gates opening at 10:am.  NASCAR Whelen All-American Series & Legend Cars practice sessions will run from 10 am – 11:30 am and 12:45  pm – 2:15 pm with the Whelen Modified Tour practice from 11:30 am – 12:45 pm.  Whelen Modified Tour time trials will begin at 2:30 pm and will be followed by NASCAR Whelen All-American Series qualifying and features for the Dare Stocks, Limited Late Models, and SK Lights.  To cap off the day the Legend Cars will run a 20 Lap National Qualifier race with the winner receiving a guaranteed starting position in the Legends national race Nov 11th-14th at Anderson Speedway in Williamston S.C.

Leperle and Hoar both looking for fourth Milk Bowl wins at Thunder Road on Oct.11

Two of the most accomplished drivers in Milk Bowl and American-Canadian Tour (ACT) Late Model history look to add to their accolades on Sunday, October 11. Three-time Milk Bowl winners Patrick Laperle and Brian Hoar have both entered the 53rd Northfield Savings Bank Milk Bowl at Barre’s Thunder Road. Both will look to tie Robbie Crouch’s record of four victories in the event known as “the toughest short-track stock car race in North America.”

All the marbles will be on the line at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl when the Northeast Race Cars and Parts Tri Track Open Modified Series concludes an action packed weekend on October 25.Unlike the four races prior in 2015, the series season finale will be a non-points event. At the Speedbowl in September, Matt Hirschman was crowned the 2015 Tri Track Series champion after finishing on the podium in the Dunleavy’s 100.

The fourth and final Tri-Track Series race of 2015 at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl is set for Saturday, October 24. Part of the program will be the Bemers 150 Granite State Pro Stock Series.

 

The Granite State Pro Stock Series’ finale at New London-Waterford Speedbowl will have an added twist, as The Racing Guys have put up extra money for drivers competing in the Bemer’s Big Show 150.
