The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) will see the return of one of the Northeast’s most accomplished drivers this coming season. Wayne Helliwell Jr., the 2012 and 2013 ACT Champion, recently stated that he will be competing full-time on the Tour in 2015.

Three 150 lap events are set for Oxford Plains, Lee USA and Thunder Road
The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) will compete in three 150-lap events on three completely different tracks in all three northern New England states to open the 2015 season. The New Hampshire Governor’s Cup 150, now re-set due to snow on April 28, is the usual traditional opening event for ACT teams held yearly at Lee USA Speedway in Lee, NH. Teams will now start off the 2015 season at Oxford Plains Speedway (OPS) in Oxford, ME on April 18, then Lee USA followed by their annual visit to Thunder Road International Speedbowl in Barre, VT on May 3.
Early entries are set for the 2015 Oxford 250
Entries have already started coming in for the 42nd Annual Oxford 250, slated for August 28-30 at Maine’s Oxford Plains Speedway. Some 21 drivers have already filed entries for the event with local drivers making up the majority of those entries.
ACT Champions are included in the 29 drivers that are heading south to NSS in Florida for Speed Weeks

2014 American Canadian Tour (ACT) Champions Alex Labbe, (21 years old), of St-Albert, Quebec and Joey Polewarczyk, Jr. (Pole), (25 years old), from Hudson, New Hampshire, have both been celebrated by their peers for their championship runs last season. Sweet, Hoar and Leperle look for 1st Invitational win at NHIS on Sept. 20

The starting field for the 6th annual Bond Auto ACT Invitational at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday, September 20 has been established. A field of 43 teams will compete in the 50-mile event that pays a minimum of seventy-five hundred dollars ($7,500) to win and one thousand dollars ($1,000) for 43rd. Continue reading

Winthrop, ME’s Jeff White earned his second career American Canadian Tour win as he led nearly every lap of the 150 lap event at White Mountain Motorsports Park in North Woodstock, NH on Saturday, June 21.
