Devil’s Bowl Speedway has released an exciting new 19-event stock car racing schedule for its 49th season in 2015, providing something for fans of all types of action. From May to early October, 14 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series events will be contested on the half-mile asphalt oval with an expanded five-event slate on the new one-third-mile clay surface on The Dirt Track at Devil’s Bowl. The Halloween holiday is coming to Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Sunday, October 26. The track will reward all race fans that wear a Halloween costume to the Autosaver Ford/Springfield Buick-GMC “Vermont Freedom & Unity” event with a $3 food coupon for the concession stands. Continue reading

Kenny Tremont, Jr. ran what he called “the longest 50 laps of my life” at Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Friday, September 26, but at the end of a grueling night he stood in the winner’s circle. Tremont survived to claim the LawPower.com Slate Valley Showdown presented by Interstate All Battery Center of Rutland, VT and the $1,000 winner’s prize in the opening round of the three-race “Battle at the Bowl” series – the first dirt track race held at the Vermont track in more than five years – before a massive grandstand crowd.
