More than 300 guests celebrated the 2014 stock car racing season on Saturday, January 31, as Devil’s Bowl Speedway hosted the annual Banquet of Champions at the Holiday Inn Rutland-Killington in Rutland, VT. Devil’s Bowl Speedway crowned its 2014 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series champions during a busy and picturesque Sunday afternoon at the Mekkelsen RV Vermont 200 Championship Weekend. Todd Stone and Robert Gordon became two-time champions on the asphalt, while Jamie Fisher and Chuck Bradford each celebrated their first titles. Continue reading

Jason Durgan takes his first win at Devil’s Bowl

Jason Durgan became a first-time winner at Devil’s Bowl Speedway on Friday, June 6, taking the 30-lap Bond Auto Parts Modified event on “Facebook Friday” for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series. Durgan, of Morrisonville, NY, headlined a winner’s list that included Robert Bryant, Jr., Robert Gordon, Jake Noble, Scott MacMichael, and Shawn Fountain. Continue reading
