Eddie MacDonald of Rowley, MA won the Fall Brawl final event at Riverside Speedway in Groveton, NH. MacDonald started in third and stayed near the front all race, claiming victory. Hometown driver Luke Shannon took home second and Brad Babb took home third. Early in the morning fans noticed that the 15vt that Babb was driving was sporting the new name of the speedway on his rear quarter panel; Speedway 51. Continue reading →

Wet grounds force Devil’s Bowl dirt track to reschedule to Saturday, Nov.1

Devil’s Bowl Speedway is again postponing its final dirt track stock car race of the season. The Autosaver Ford/Springfield Buick-GMC “Vermont Freedom & Unity” event has now been moved three times from its original date due to weather-related conditions; one final attempt will be made at running the race next  Saturday, November 1 at 1 p.m. Continue reading →
