Chump Car World Series September 1-2

The ChumpCar World Series, one of the most popular endurance series in the country, will be returning to the road course at TSMP to run a 12-hour endurance race on Saturday, September 2.

Friday will be a Test Day for competitors.

Registration will take place from 12pm-7pm on Friday in Guest Registration building.

We will be running both directions & trying a new layout in the begining part of the day!!

DRIVERS GROUPS
B GROUP is for the more experienced drivers. Drivers who can successfully complete the course at most times without losing control of the vehicle will be placed here.
A GROUP is for the experienced drivers who are familiar with the facility, show proper car control, and can complete the track without issue.

2nd Annual For the Fans Event; 4th Annual Sunoco Modified 20/20 Sprint September 10

This special event kicks off fan and driver appreciation month at Thompson.  This is a terrific opportunity for us to give our fans another weekend event at a reduced ticket price ($12). We will have concession specials, as well as some other special entertainment.

The Sunoco Modifieds will be showcased in our increasingly popular, 20/20 Sprint.  Two points races are crucial at this time of the year, as NWAAS points come to a close. Our other three NWAAS divisions, as well as the Lite Modifieds, will all be in competition.

O’Brien Wins Both MSD Legends Features in Shocking Fashion!

THOMPSON, CT – Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park held the final of three Summer Road Race Series events on Sunday August 27. Jordan O’Brien won both races in the double feature event bringing him to three wins for the Midstate Site Development Legends Series this season. Chris Barry picked up both the overall and Small Bore wins in the Sports Car group. Darius Trinka took top honors in the Big Bore group of the event. FULL STORY
