Join Us at Andretti Autosport for the Final IMS Museum ‘Shop Tour Series’ of 2019

The Morning Tour Sold Out in 3 Hours; RSVP for the Afternoon Tour Today!INDIANAPOLIS, Tuesday,

Oct. 29, 2019 – The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum’s popular Shop Tour Series wraps up the 2019 schedule with a visit to one of the most successful and storied teams of modern IndyCar Series racing: Andretti Autosport, on Thursday, Nov. 21.

The VIP IMS Museum members-only tour, scheduled for the morning, sold out just three hours after opening on Oct. 29. However, seats remain available for the afternoon tour (1:30-4 p.m. ET), which is open to current IMS Museum members and future members.

A perennial powerhouse in the NTT IndyCar Series and a five-time Indianapolis 500-winning franchise, Andretti Autosport is led by Michael Andretti, the 1991 CART IndyCar series champion and 1984 Indianapolis 500 co-rookie of the year. He’s the father of current NTT IndyCar Series driver Marco Andretti and the son of 1969 “500” winner Mario Andretti.

After a distinguished driving career that saw him nearly win the “500” several times, Michael has, as a car owner, enjoyed the traditional sip of milk in Victory Circle with drivers Dan Wheldon (2005), Dario Franchitti (2007), Ryan Hunter-Reay (2014), Alexander Rossi (2016) and Takuma Sato (2017).

The team has earned four NTT IndyCar Series championships, and Andretti Autosport also fields teams in the Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires Championship, the Pirelli GT4 Americas series, ABB FIA Formula-E Championship, and the Australian Supercar Championship.
