NAPLES, ME (May 31) – Pro All Stars Series (PASS) officials announced today that entry forms and rules for all divisions competing at the Inaugural PASS Commonwealth Classic at Richmond Raceway have been finalized and are now available at ProAllStarsSeries.com.  The PASS Commonwealth Classic will go green on Saturday afternoon, October 20 at 4 PM and will see some of the biggest divisions in short track racing in competition.  Nearly 400 laps of racing will be contested at Richmond Raceway by the PASS Super Late Models, Tour-Type Modifieds, Late Model Stocks, Limited Late Models, and MASS Street Stocks.  Teams can save money towards their entry with an early entry discount available until June 30.  Tickets are available online at RichmondRaceway.com.

“The response to the PASS Commonwealth Classic has truly been amazing and racers from all over North America are ready to get to Richmond Raceway in October,” said PASS President Tom Mayberry.  “The Commonwealth Classic will pay big money across the board for all the divisions that will be in action.  A lot of people have been asking about the rules and we are glad to get them out now so everyone can start to get ready.  We think the Commonwealth Classic is the biggest thing to hit short track racing in the last 20 years and we can’t wait for it to get here.”

The PASS Super Late Models will run under the same rules that applied at Thompson Speedway’s Icebreaker in March, while the Tour-Type Modifieds, returning for the first time since 2002, will compete under rules very similar to those used at New Smyrna Speedway in February.  The Late Model Stocks will compete under the NASCAR guidelines used at Martinsville Speedway in September and the Limiteds will follow the SouthEast Limited Late Model rulebook.  Finally, the Street Stocks will be sanctioned by the Mid-Atlantic Street Stock (MASS) Series and will follow their standards.  For tech questions please call the following: PASS Super Late Models (Charlie Rockwell 802-754-2822, after 5 PM please), Tour-Type Modifieds (Jeff Zuidema 508-769-2890, Pete Frappier 603-521-2718, or Bobby Mcilveen 603-918-0698), Late Model Stocks and Limited Late Models (Mike Bushee 252-908-2021 or Ron Barfield 843-496-4792), and Street Stocks (Ron Barfield 843-496-4792).  Email addresses, the complete weekend schedule, and entry forms are available at ProAllStarsSeries.com
