In the Seekonk Pro Stocks, Ryan Lineham found himself outside Kevin Folan on a lap 14 restart. He had Jake Vanada and Mike Brightman held  the two top postions. Vanada grabbed the front and Brightman looked like he would stay outside, but then found space to drop in, inches from Folan’s nose. In a move reminiscent of his Street Stock days, Lineham bottomed the accelarator, stayed on the outside, and flew forward going by Brightman and then Vanada, He secured his leadership on lap 16’s over on the backstretch. He’d built such a head of steam that he could not settle into the low groove and continued to wind around the track on the high side putting distance between himself and his pursuers.

Lineham continued through the final lap. But still had to survived a green-white-checker confrontation with Pro Stock champ Kenny Spencer on his shoulder with many time Pro Stock champ  Dave Darling at his back and Tom Scully, Jr. alongside Darling. Ryan had Kenny by a nose down the front while Darling charged up to his bumper.  Scully hung tight on Spencer’s rear quarter but Lineham pulled away from Spencer and Darling was able to get a nose by heading for the checkers. Spencer held tough as rookie Nick Lascuola challenged Scully for fourth. Darling made his signature move to pass through turns three and four  But Lineham held him off by a nose for the win. Darling nabbed second with Spencer third. Lascuola was able to come away with fourth and Scully rounded out the top five.

However, Lascuola fell afoul of tech rules and met with an infraction in post-race inspection. His fourth place position was vacated moving Tom Scully, Jr. to fourth and elevating Angelo Belsito into the top five.
