The “Tuesday Night at the Movies” series continues on 10/13/15 with the film “McFarland USA.”  In the tradition of Disney sports movies, it is based on the inspiring story of underdogs triumphing over tremendous obstacles.  This heartwarming drama follows novice runners who strive to build a cross-country team under Coach Jim White (Kevin Costner) in their predominantly Latino high school.  This great film is suitable for all ages as it is rated PG (with some violence and language), and the running time is 129 minutes.

The film starts promptly at 6:30 PM and will be screened in the Keys Community Room, lower level of the Milton Public Library, 476 Canton Avenue, Milton MA 02186.  Admission is free and the movie is sponsored by The Friends of the Milton Public Library.
