Inspire your children to look more closely at nature.  Through October the Milton Public Library will host an exciting and unusual exhibition of close-up photography of insects and spiders by Milton Academy biology teacher Linde Eyster.  Each macrophotograph was taken using natural light in her small home garden located just a few miles from the library.  The exhibit entitled “Looking Closely: My Garden 2011-2104” includes just a selection of Ms. Eyster’s work.  Portions of the collection have been previously exhibited by the Boston Nature Center, Milton Academy Performing Arts, and the Blue Hills Trailside Museum.   The Milton Library is located at 476  Canton Avenue in Milton 02186, and the exhibit is on the Main Floor.

If you would like to discuss this biodiversity project or the close-up photographic process with the photographer please ttend the Open House on Thursday, October 8th from 6:30-8:30, 476 Canton Avenue, Milton, MA.  For further information on displaying your art, contact Jean Hlady, Adult Services Librarian, at (617) 698-5757, x. 3.
