The Milton Library’s “Tuesday Night at the Movies” will feature “Star Wars – The Force Awakens” on August 16 starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Keys Community Room of the Milton Public Library, 476 Canton Avenue in Milton.  The movie is free to the public, and the event is sponsored by The Friends of the Milton Public

It is rated PG-13 for Sci-Fi action and violence.  In this thrilling continuation of the space opera, ex-stormtrooper Finn, scrappy desert dweller Rey, and droid companion BB-8 get caught up in a galactic war when they come across a map containing the whereabouts of the vanished Luke Skywalker.  They soon embark upon an epic adventure that brings them face-to-face with heroes from the past, as well as new villains such as Kylo Ren and the First Order, a fascist regime that has emerged from the ashes of the old Empire.  Composer John Williams has continued his beautiful soundtrack with this movie, and it stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley and Mark Hamill.  Other actors are veterans Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, and Adam Driver.   Come and enjoy a fast-paced, exciting story!
