Drop in and join the current adult coloring book craze at a free session called “Coloring and Cocoa” on Thursday, January 14 from 7-8 PM at the Milton Public Library, 476 Canton Avenue in Milton, 02186.  Research shows that creative activities like coloring and knitting ease people into a state of mind that allows them to push away negative thoughts and worries.  All materials and a cup of cocoa will be provided by the Library.  The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library.
