Summer Day Camp Site Director

The Wayne County YMCA is looking for an experienced professional with strong educational, programming, & child care experience to lead operations of the Summer Camp at our Wallenpaupack Camp Site.

The Day Camp Site Director oversees the day to day operation of the day camp including supervision of day camp staff,  program quality, policy and procedures, risk management, state licensing, parent concerns and complaints, daily program scheduling, assistance with participant account management and all other duties as requested by the Program Director.  Staff development, budget management, and program development experience a must.

Applicants must possess or be attending school to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, child development or related field.
